Our aims are to: provide a service to families & young people between the age of 10 to 25 in the Mid Sussex area where there are concerns relating to the misuse of alcohol.

With the help of the client we aim to identify the areas of change they would like to make, whilst providing information advice and support in that process.

We also provide support to young people who have been adversely affected by a parent, carer or other family member’s alcohol misuse.

We also provide alcohol education and awareness sessions to groups of young people in schools, colleges youth centres etc. in Mid Sussex.

How to access the service: using the details below contact us & request a referral form.

You or another person whom you may consent to can complete the form & return it using the contact details below. We aim to respond to the referral within 5 working days.

You will be contacted within that period and offered an assessment.

The assessment will assist us in identifying your current circumstances, needs and what areas & level of change you would like to make, if you decide you would like support from our service we can then provide up to four one to one sessions.

Our objective is to provide a flexible outreach service; we can meet in a range of suitable locations such as your home, GP surgery, Information Shops, school or youth club etc.

We provide a free, confidential service. This means we will not share what you disclose to us with others, unless we have received your prior consent to do so.

However there are exceptions to this, for example if what you disclose to us places you or another at risk.
